Y'all, I'm worried for my peeps in the U.S. In 2016 I left the U.S. because the patterns of violence and hate had become too much for my CPTSD nervous system. After living in a dictatorship, I'm seeing my homeland moving closer and closer to a place it may not come back from, I know the angsty feels happening right now.


Let's pause together and consider.


This course came at the request of friends and clients of mine to learn the pros and cons of migrating while addressing the real concerns about our safety in the U.S. and abroad.


Crossing borders and seeking refuge carries responsibility too. We must seek to do less harm while we seek sanctuary from harm.


This course is here to help you migrate with respect and consideration for the people you will make communion within new lands.
